Stephen Attwood - GRS Bagging Managing
Director:
Stephen joined GRS Roadstone in 1981 as a Sales Representative.
By 1986 he had become Regional Manager for the South East.
In 2000 Stephen pioneered the development of GRS Bagging.

Jim Dickens - GRS Roadstone Managing
Director:
Joined in 1975 as a Sales Representative for Milton Keynes
area. Moved to the South East to develop and manage the
market. Moved on to become General Manager and then Managing
Director a post since 2001. Jim is a principal shareholder
and became Managing Director of GRS Roadstone and the
joint venture company operating recycling and landfill
in the Home Counties.

Robert Whetstone - Lafarge National
Aggregates & Asphalt Director:
Robert joined Lafarge as Area General Manager for the
South from Rentokil in 1998 after 3 years at Marks & Spencers
and 6 years in the Army. Robert joined the board of GRS
Bagging in 2003 following Lafarge purchase of a shareholding,
he is also a member of the board of GRS Roadstone and
a Board Director of Lafarge Aggregates Limited.

Martin Reid - Lafarge Head of Business
Development & Strategy:
Martin also joined the GRS Bagging board following Lafarge's
purchase of shareholding. Martin joined Lafarge in 1996
as Area Finance Manager then moved on to head the Strategy
Department for four years. He now heads the Corporate
Finance Team for Lafarge Aggregates.

Rick Faulkner - Production Director:
Rick became involved with the GRS Group as a sub contract
haulier in 1990. Then in 1999 assisted with Stephen Attwood
Rick began the production company specialising in bagged
aggregates. Rick is now Production Director.

Paul Ewen - Sales Manager:
Paul joined GRS Roadstone in 1998 as a Sales Representative.
Paul was then given the specific brief of the development
of the builders merchants business in Herts, Essex and
East London for both bagged and loose sales. Paul was
promoted to Sales Manager in 2006.

Lee Hudson - Sales Office Manager:
Joined GRS Roadstone in 1998 as a Sales Co-ordinator and
now is responsible for all aspects of the internal organisation
of bagging and specific customer contacts. Lee was one
of the original team embarking on GRS Bagging and was
promoted to Sales Office Manager in 2003.

Graham Glasson - Production Manager:
Graham moved across to GRS Bagging reporting directly
to Stephen Attwood in 2006 from Lafarge Aggregates. Graham
joined Lafarge in 1988 and has since held roles in production
and business performance.
